Functional Fitness Tailored To Where You Are
Whether you're brand new to working out or you're prepping for your next Hyrox race, we have a class for you. Every program is run by certified coaches and scaled to every level — beginner through veteran athlete.

CrossFit
A 60-minute high-intensity class that focuses on Olympic Weightlifting, cardio, strength, and gymnastics movements. CrossFit utilizes barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio equipment, and more!

GROUP BASED
Hyrox
Hyrox is a fitness competition that combines functional exercises with running, held indoors and open to all fitness levels.

GROUP BASED
Bootcamp
A 45-minute strength and conditioning program utilizing bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio equipment.

GROUP BASED
Olympic Weightlifting
A 60-minute Olympic Weightlifting class that focuses on technique and strength related to the Clean and Snatch.

Cardio Conditioning
A 60-minute high-intensity interval class focused on running, rowing, biking, and skiing.

“Been coming here for over 3 years now. This place is more than a gym, it's a community. I mostly go to personal training and they always also have classes going on. Trainers and owners are always around welcoming and offering advice to everyone training. They have special workout events and competitions for all fitness level once in a while that a lot of the people training there participate in and those are a lot of fun as well as challenging. There are people there at all levels and it's inspiring to see how people are showing results over time. I highly recommend you check this place out.”
