What It Is
Man O’ War Fitness is an official Hyrox Training Club — built to prep you for the race format or simply push your endurance.
Hyrox is a fitness competition that combines functional exercises with running, held indoors and open to all fitness levels. Our Hyrox classes train the exact movements and running intervals the format demands, coached in a group setting so you build endurance and technique whether you’re racing or just chasing a tougher workout.
