Before Your First Class

Walk-Ins Welcome

Walk-ins are welcome. Notice is best so we can save you a spot, but you're not locked out if you decide last-minute.

Bring The Right Shoes

Shoes — runners if we're running, lifters or flat-soled shoes if we're lifting. Bring both if you have them.

All Classes Run 60 Minutes

Every class is 60 minutes and led by a qualified coach. We always start with a warm-up, brief the workout, train under coach guidance, and cool down together.
