A strength and conditioning program utilizing bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio equipment. Bootcamp runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, coached from start to finish and scaled to every level — a great entry point into functional training or a complement to your CrossFit and Hyrox week.
