What It Is

Our signature program — constantly varied, functional movement at high intensity, led by a certified coach every single class.

A 60-minute high-intensity class that focuses on Olympic weightlifting, cardio, strength, and gymnastics movements. CrossFit at Man O’ War utilizes barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio equipment, and more. Every workout is programmed in advance and scaled to your ability, so beginners and seasoned athletes train side by side in the same class.
