Dedicated barbell time to sharpen the two most technical lifts in the sport.
A 60-minute Olympic weightlifting class that focuses on technique and strength related to the clean and the snatch. Coached on Thursday evenings, this class gives you focused barbell time to refine positions, timing and strength that carry directly into CrossFit and every other program.
