Our programs are intelligently designed to ensure safety and efficacy. No matter your goals, we can tailor every workout to make sure you feel challenged at the appropriate level. Whether we’re working with a lifelong athlete, a beginner, or even those working to reverse physical and health challenges, our programs are readily modifiable and our coaches are well-versed in making sure everyone gets exactly what they need for each day.
MAN O’ WAR FITNESS 101
Our Fitness 101 program is a 2-week course with 6 classes. It’s an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to Fitness or CrossFit, and those needing a refresher or a little bit of reconditioning after a break. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. 101 is designed to ensure your success. It’s also a great way to enter join the community with a group of new members, and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey with us.
For those with special scheduling needs or just prefer an individualized experience, private Fitness 101 sessions are available. Private sessions are $250 for the entire program.
Man O’ War BOOTCAMP
For The Beginners
Our Man O’ War Bootcamp is a high intensity, 60-minute, coach-led class that is tailored to your fitness level. We provide a fun, clean, and friendly atmosphere for a total body workout. Our movements are targeted to strengthen your body as a whole, teaching you to use your upper body, lower body and core TOGETHER. We understand trying something new can be unnerving and intimidating, but we guarantee all of your fears will be put to rest as soon as you walk into your first class.
Ready For The CrossFit?
Crossfit LiTe – is a 60-minute workout split into intervals of metabolic conditioning (cardio) and functional strength training. We incorporate athletic drills, running, rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements, and more. This course is designed to deliver a total body workout and teach you the fundamentals of Crossfit.
Group CrossFit Training
CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level. We train your body to be capable of taking on the physical challenges of real life so that you can enjoy life and do the things you love.
