About Coach

I grew up playing a wide variety of sports offered in my home town soccer, cross country, swimming, Track & Field, Wrestling. Found my way on to the Track team at EKU for two years before turning to weight training and Olympic weightlifting.

Turning Point

I started out playing and competing in whatever sports were available to me, so naturally, I was eager to learn all about the field of exercise. My propensity for nerdiness lead me to learn all about exercise science and begin research in my college days. After some time in academia it was time to start applying those concepts to the real world and help people at any level get to the next level.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose for coaching is to share my love of exercise and fitness and nutrition with all those around me. Like I mentioned, I'm here to help whoever I can get to the next step of their journey while learn to fall in love with the process in the meantime. Nothing can stop you if you never stop moving.
